A Chelsea loft soaring two stories above the streets of Manhattan provides a peaceful haven for interior designer Thomas Hays. Once inside, you feel as though you've entered another country altogether. Stunning windows flood this spacious living room with light. The decor enhances the room's architecture and features a somewhat eclectic take on an Art Deco and Arts & Crafts theme. The Aesthetic Movement sofa and French Art Deco chairs provide the foundation. Unexpected accents include a 19th century Khotan carpet, an Indonesian coffee table, a Tiffany lamp, and a turn of the century terra cotta side table 화려한 창문으로 햇빛이 쏟아져 들어 온다. 다양한 가구와 소품들의 데코레이션이 예술적이다. 아름다운 소파와 프랑스식 의자가 안정감을 주고 19세기 카펫, 인도네시아 커피 테이블, 티파니램프, 그리고 테라코타 사이드 테이블이 앙상블을 이룬다.

The goal for this kitchen was to create a clean and fresh ambiance. The owner chose light-green floor tile to evoke a water theme and stainless steel under cabinets for their reflective quality. Above, frosted glass cabinets create the illusion of a larger space. Accenting with simple white stools and a bouquet of flowers completes this modern, yet comfortable look 부엌은 깨끗하고 신선한 분위기를 연출하려 노력하였다. 집주인이 물을 좋아 해 바닥을 라이트 그린색 타일로 선택하였다. 반투명의 벽수납장은 공간을 더 넓게 보이게 하고 옆면과 바닥 부분을 스텐레스를 써서 품격있게 하였다. 하얀색 스툴과 화병에 든 꽃이 모던함과 편안함을 준다.

In order to create a private, yet sumptuous sleeping space, the owner combined diaphanous cream-colored netting with gold metallic Indian fabric at the head of the bed. Venetian handprinted silk velvet provides a lush backdrop. An eclectic mix of period pieces pulls the look together: from the 18th century, an Italian gilt mirror and Flemish candle pedestal; a late 19th century Khotan carpet; and Italian lamps from the 1920s. 프라이버시가 있으면서도 럭셔리한 것을 좋아하는 주인은 투명한 드레이프와 머리맡에 황금색 인도산 패브릭을 둘렀다. 베네치아의 실크 벨벳이 매혹적인 배경을 연출한단다. 18세기부터 전해 오는 이탈리아 길드 거울, 플랑드르 촛대, 19세기 카펫, 1920년대의 아탈이라 램프가 환상적인 멋을 낸다.

Inspiration for the design of this sprung from the Aegean sea. Situated on top of a turret-like curved wall, the bath features brilliant cobalt blue glass tile and black absolute granite countertops. A clean, modern walk-in shower and freestanding bathtub exist effortlessly with Papyrus, Jasmine, and orange trees, invoking the feeling of an exclusive Mediterranean spa 에게해에서 영감을 받아 만든 욕실. 샤워장의 독특한 디자인, 코발트색 타일위의 욕조는 바다위를 떠가는 돛단배일게다. 파피루스, 쟈스민, 오렌지 나무가 지중해에 와 있는 느낌을 준다.

This design was based on the Turkish bath.
The sink was handcrafted using pigmented concrete,
a hammered-copper basin, and a copper and brass bar faucet.
A French regency mirror, Venetian sconces
and a Belgian oil lamp lend a soft lyrical touch to the bath.
The Hindu figurine, acquired during a trip to Java, dates back to the 10th century
